Comfort Suites Georgetown

Never had a better weekend before now, everything was nice. The rooms of the hotel were decent sized and updated with couch. The breakfast was amazing and very good, it offered cereal and muffins.

The rooms are well-maintained and well-appointed with breakfast included. It offers good service.

Room was good, kids loved the pull out couch.

Hot tub was disgusting.

Staff, location, breakfast, and comfort.

Bath tub surface was worn.

good stay but lacking little extras

The hotel has a modern aesthetic that makes a great first impression. The breakfast offerings were decent, keeping us fueled for our activities.

A few amenities we expected were missing that would have enhanced our experience.

Beds were comfy.

Hot tub wasnt hot..it was colder than pool...

The man at the desk was super nice and understanding. Room was spacious and clean, loved the flat screen.

The water in the shower/bath was lukewarm at best. It didn't get even close to how hot I normally like my shower/bath.

The ladies at the front desk (Marcy) were fantastic.I did not get the name of the other lady. Her husband also works there. We were in Georgetown Kentucky to attend my fathers funeral. We have other relatives in Georgetown as well and will definitely use you motel in the future. Thanks to all

The only issue I had was we booked the rooms (2) on line and I had the confirmation numbers and they had no record of our booking. They were able to accommodate us but we're unable to give us the discount. Other than this issue our stay was excellent.

The beds were enveloping and easy to sleep in. Room was clean

Broken pool. Window seals all broken and foggy. Internet connection was impossible to log into for me.

Pet friendly would include pets of any size. To me my German Shepherd is family, she is 80 lbs and not welcome on your establishment

Everything worked and I didn't need to ask for anything. Nice people. Comfortable. I was in and out easily. It met my needs for this trip perfectly.

Hearing my neighbor's TV until 1:30 in the morning.

The room had an unexpected sitting area. Motel was located near many restaurants and shops.

We had to ask someone how to turn the shower feature on.

I liked the location, the ease of access, the proximity to amenities, the heated indoor pool, the hot tub, the adequate, well-stocked hot breakfast, and the comfort of the bed, especially the pillow variety.

There was an out-of-order ice machine on our floor, necessitating the trudge to another floor to get ice. There was a family of five with their beachball/volleyball game that completely hijacked the use of the pool while we were there. The desk clerk was not aware of the details of the stay two, earn one free policy.

The room was clean, spacious, and had a cozy vibe. We loved the comfy beds and that perfect location right off the highway. Great for quick access to local attractions! The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, and the hot tub was relaxing after a long day.

We didn't.

We tried to cancel weeks before and were refused. Something came up with work and we couldn't make the trip.
